FX 255 Decoder / Repeater

The FX 255 alarm monitoring station is a compact self-contained unit designed for monitoring of long range data transmitters as a standalone unit or with a repeater network.

Alarm activations are received from the T9 transmitters on VHF frequency and decoded at the security control room by the FX255 Decoder.

The decoded alarm activation information is then displayed on the 20 line LCD display as well as relayed to a computer database via RS232.

The home/business owner’s contact details, address and instructions is the displayed on the computer so that the control room staff may take the appropriate action.

T9 VHF Transmitter

The T9 burglar alarm reporting transmitter is programmable to allow for flexible connection to a variety of alarm panels and reporting of 9 linked triggers.

The T9 transmitter is connected to the home/business alarm panel and communicates to a security control room to indicate the status of the alarm panel.

When an alarm activation occurs, the activation is transferred to the T9+ transmitter via individual input triggers or a multi-data
connection. This ensures easy connection to all types and manufacturers of alarm panels.

The alarm activation data is encrypted by the T9 transmitter and sent via VHF frequency to the Decoder at the security control room.

Pathfinder technology coupled with the super fast X55 coding ensures that the signal sent is delivered to the Decoder using
the shortest possible route.

The T9 burglar alarm reporting transmitter is programmable to allow for flexible connection to a variety of alarm panels and reporting of 9 linked triggers. More importantly it reports power-up, battery low/restore, battery over-voltage and mains fail/restore information to ensure complete AC power and battery status management of the alarm system.

The coding format includes error detection to ensure accurate and valid reported signals.

A programmable auto-test timer may be set to report the status of the alarm system from 1 hour up to 10 days.

All transmissions are sent with random time differences to ensure maximum use of the airtime available. All 9 inputs memorized when triggered and sent in priority order to the monitoring station.

Inputs may be set for positive or negative active trigger status.

FX Programmer

The T9 programmer is used to set / program all the features of the T9 transmitter. The programmer is factory preset to match the frequency and coding settings of the security company.

With a multitude of features and programmable settings possible on the T9 transmitter and FX255 Decoder, a programmer is needed to view and set or adjust these features.

On connecting the programmer, the LCD display will indicate the version of software and type of device being programmed. The programmer will then indicate if the device being programmed is matched to the programmer and whether the user may continue programming.

If the device memory is not a matched pair with the programmer the user will not be allowed to program further until the channel
information of the device is added to the programmer memory.  The LCD display enables the user to view and edit or save the current setting as they are.

TXPACK

The TXpack is a single unit, easy to install stand alone PANIC system with its own power supply and backup battery.

The TXpack is designed to include a transformer, power supply/charger,T9 transmitter and a tamper switch in an enclosure that can accommodate a 7AH 12V backup battery. The unit therefore can operate as a standalone system with backup battery that wired panic buttons or optional remote panic buttons can be wired to.

The Remote buttons utilises code hopping technology and up to 30 can be programmed into the receiver.

In Serial mode the receiver can report FIRE, MEDICAL, PANIC and CONFIRMED alarm status with KEYFOB ID.

The single point guard monitor can also be fitted to the Txpack. The Txpack can then be installed at a guard point where it will activate a buzzer every 30 or 60 minutes and request that the guard press the reset button to indicate that he is on duty and awake. If the reset is not pressed within 5 minutes the a signal is sent to the control room.

  • Internal power supply / charger
  • Larger chassis to accommodate 12V 7AH battery for backup
  • Box Tamper switch
  • Remote receiver (optional extra)
  • Single point guard monitor (optional extra)

RX 2 Receiver

The RX2 receiver is low cost code hopping receiver that can be connected onto the T9 transmitter to provide a Panic or other remote monitoring functions with a siren output.

Remote buttons are programmed to activate one of the two outputs that are provided on the receiver. The button activation will trigger the siren output that may be reset by pressing the same button again. If there is not reset activation the siren will switch off after 45 seconds.

In Serial mode the receiver can report FIRE, MEDICAL, PANIC and CONFIRMED alarm status with KEYFOB ID when connected to a T9 CID transmitter.
